Web Developer
Purely Inc is looking for a hardworking web developer with great web production skills and a strong sense of clean design. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to create web content independently, but also take direction in a team-based environment. This position requires strong HTML abilities, design skills, technical savvy, great attention to detail, and proven expertise in web development. Demonstrated portfolio of work is essential.
Responsibilities include:
* Developing web content.
* Designing and quickly implementing clear, effective web pages.
* Creating and optimizing web images for download efficiency and clean design.
* Responding to a variety of web-related requests across departments.
* Synthesizing feedback from multiple sources.
* Fulfilling several project requests simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
Requirements:
* Experience implementing web content.
* Strong HTML and CSS skills.
* Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
* Strong scripting and database skills, including PHP, MySQL, and JavaScript.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Experience with Photoshop a plus.
* Keen eye for clean UI implementation and knowledge of website design best practices.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
* Portfolio of work required.
* Candidate must reside in Orange County.
Classification: Contract to hire
Compensation: $18-25 per hour – commensurate to experience
Note: Purely Inc works in areas/industries that could potentially be a conflict of interest for some developers. The company will require selected candidate to sign a non-compete contract before commencement of work.
